Eileen Reichler, President, Co-Founder, and Director, “Grieving: Handle with Care” Campaign
Eileen Reichler is the President & cofounder of The LLOST Foundation. If you were to ask her, she would tell you that her greatest accomplishment is raising a wonderful family. She is the mother of 6 children, Sherry, Stephanie, Vicky, Richard, James & Brian (lost suddenly on Sept 7, 2005), and grandmother to 8, Christian, Andrew, Alison, Rebecca, Emily, Noah, Nathan & Zara (lost at birth on Dec 22, 2007). Eileen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and has 29 years of service with the Department of the Army. Although she takes great pride in her work with the Army, her major goal in life is to promote recognition of people suffering from the pain of grief through the “Grieving: Handle with Care” Campaign.
- Vicky Niblett, Co-Founder, and Director, “Treasured Memories” Campaign
Vicky is one of the cofounders of The LLOST Foundation. Vicky graduated with a AS in Computer Science, a BS in Computer Science, and a MS in Management Information Systems. She is a Branch Manager of an Application Development team, working as a contractor with Bastion Technologies on a NASA Headquarters contract in Washington, DC.
Vicky has only one daughter, Zara, who passed away during a difficult delivery on December 22, 2007. Vicky also lost her youngest brother in a tragic and sudden accident on September 7, 2005. She hopes to honor them by the work of this Foundation and through the "Treasured Memories" Campaign. Vicky's husband, Duncan, is also active within the Foundation.
- LTC(R) Thomas Reichler, Treasurer and Director, “Let Freedom Live On” Campaign
LTC(R) Thomas Reichler is the Treasurer of The LLOST Foundation. Tom spent 24 years serving as an officer in the United States Army and continues to work in the Department of the Army as a civilian. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education – Mathematics and a Master’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Tom, along with Eileen, values the importance of family and enjoys being active in the lives of his children and grandchildren. Tom’s goal is to use the LLOST Foundation to reach out to the family and friends of the single soldiers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of their country, and to augment the Survivor’s Assistance Officers in any way possible. He will be doing this through the “Let Freedom Live On” Campaign.
- Sherry D'Souza, Executive Board Member
Sherry is an executive board member for the LLOST Foundation. She has an Interest in creating and providing resources to help children who have lost a loved one. When Sherry lost her youngest brother to an accident, she had 3 children to explain the situation to. They had many questions and Sherry searched to find resources to help kids understand grief and comfort them in their loss. Sherry, as owner of Cake Elegance, creates designer cakes in the time she has free after caring for her 4 children, Andrew, Emily, Noah and Nathan, and the newest one that is on the way!
- Stephanie Redl, Executive Board Member
Stephanie works as a substitute teacher in Fairfax County and is known for her exceptional planning of numerous unique and highly popular after-school programs. Stephanie is actively involved in the PTA of the schools where her 3 children, Christian, Alison and Rebecca attend. Stephanie lost her youngest brother, Brian Hilliard, suddenly in 2005. After the loss of Brian, Stephanie searched for resources to help her deal with the loss of an adult sibling, but found that the majority of information available was for those who lost a child. In September 2007 Stephanie also lost her best friend, Mara, to an accident and later that year her niece, Zara. All of these losses combined have given Stephanie to be actively involved in the LLOST Foundation. She is also a committee member of the Treasured Memories Campaign where her experience with fundraising has proved to be invaluable.
- James Hilliard, Executive Board Member
James is an engineer for CSC, supporting a Department of the Army contract. He is currently working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Information Technology, and consistently maintains a 4.0 GPA. After the loss of his youngest brother, Brian Hilliard, in 2005, he felt a need to reach out and help others deal with their grief. He is being assisted by his wife, Nicole, who has taken an active role in funding-raising and helping with the web design and technical work.

Rich is the General Manager of the upscale restaurant, Clyde’s of Tysons in Tysons Corner. He is working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, currently maintaining a 4.0 GPA and is on the Dean’s List. With the loss of his youngest brother, Brian Hilliard, came the realization of the importance of a support structure. With his business background, he also realized that in order to reach out to those grieving, it was going to take funds. He’s putting his marketing skills to use by planning the first LLOST Golf Tournament to benefit the “Grieving: Handle with Care” Campaign.
