- Embraced by the Light, written by Betty J. Eadie, published by Gold Leaf Press, 1994. Eadie’s Embraced by the Light, is an incredible book to read. It took Eadie years before she was able to share her experience with the world. Her book allowed me to be able to visualize where my loved ones are and how happy they all are. The book not only provided me with hope and comfort, but it also changed my image of life after life on earth. I will no longer be afraid to die. Embraced by the Light was the first book that helped me in grieving, and actually changed my way of grieving. Suggestion – read this book first.
