Introduced a Grieving: Handle with Care Lapel pin that represents a silent sign of those grieving. Contact us to request a pin
Developed a list of suggestions on the dos and don'ts of what to do, what to say, and how to act around someone who has lost a loved one

Developed (and continue to add to) a list of resources that have helped us and others dealing with the loss of a loved one

LLOST's “Men: The Forgotten Grievers" Seminar was held on September 19, 2010 at the Fort Ward Park in Alexandria, VA
LLOST's “Grieving Through the Holidays" Seminar was held on December Sunday, December 6, 2009 at the Westin Alexandria, in Old Town, Alexandria.
